How much can your facility produce as my volumes grow?
Our state-of-the-art facility spans over 250,000 square feet and boasts a mixing capacity of 65,520 gallons per day. We have 37 high-volume filling machines to support various packaging types.
What quality standards is my product held to?
We maintain rigorous quality control systems and adhere to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines. Our in-house R&D labs ensure continuous innovation and thorough testing to guarantee the safety, purity, and efficacy of our products. We are also ISO 22716 registered.
How do we start a conversation about my project?
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimums start around 5k and shift with the formula, the packaging and the fill. Share
what you have in mind, and we will tell you where your project lands.
Can you help me sample and refine before I commit to a full run?
Yes. Bench samples let you feel the texture, check the scent and see the finish, and we
adjust until it is right before anything scales.
Do you handle stability, safety and compatibility testing?
We coordinate stability, micro and packaging compatibility testing so your formula
performs on shelf as it did on the bench, and the results stay on file for you.
Can you source my packaging and fill it, or should I supply my own?
Either works. Bring your own components or lean on our sourcing network to find the
bottle, jar or tube that suits your product and your price point.
Can you work to clean, vegan, cruelty-free or retailer-specific standards?
Yes. Tell us the standard you are formulating to and we screen ingredients against it
early, so you can see how your formula measures up while there is still room to adjust.
